The call was taken Coral, she was amazingly professional & helpful, got us scheduled early the same afternoon. Evan (AWESOME Tech) quickly diagnosed several issues and effectively gave us the information we needed to make decisions. “I am very happy with my service from Mize Guys. They have been able to fix my furnace system and keep it running smoothly. I asked if I should get a new furnace and my technician said “no – keep this system as long as you can”. I was sort of bummed as I wanted to get a new system, but I listened (glad I did). A part was ordered to fix what was wrong and it was installed and all was well. And, I decided to go on the monthly payment plan. So glad I did. I had an emergency and someone showed up in an hour. “We had our furnace serviced by our regular heating company, but the problem was not resolved so we called Mike Guys for a second opinion and repair. First Jay came out to look at the system and told us the older furnace probably had some life left in it but it would need a specific repair. He coordinated the repair with his office and they sent Connor that same day for the service. Connor arrived on-time (even earlier than quoted) and was so respectful that even my 92-year-old father commented on his manners. Connor explained his diagnostic process and repair process every step of the way. I appreciated this company's customer service and honesty. But especially to Jay and Connor for going above and beyond to get the furnace back to functional order. Thank you for a job well done!”

“We are trying to be pro-active and have our system checked before the heat kicks in. I figured they were going to just check my unit, turn a few screws and be done with it. I was impressed that they not only checked the unit, but also measured the output of each duct in the house. Everything looked good to them and we were good to go. I appreciate the fact that they didn't try to up sell me something I didn't need. Hard work and honesty are a bit rare to find these days you have both and I appreciate it.
