When we say you get “two scheduled visits per year,” that’s much more than a technician giving your system a quick once-over. Here’s a glimpse into what we check, adjust, and/or clean for all members:
Wise members receive:
- Function and appearance
- Proper operation
- Voltage and amp draws
- Inspect for coil cleanliness
- Measure temperatures
- Tighten all electrical connections
- Outdoor coil cleaning with water
- Cleaning/adjustment of the main gas burners
- Test and inspect for furnace and gas pressure safety controls
- Replace disposable filters and/or clean washable filters
