“We had our furnace serviced by our regular heating company, but the problem was not resolved so we called Mike Guys for a second opinion and repair. First Jay came out to look at the system and told us the older furnace probably had some life left in it but it would need a specific repair. He coordinated the repair with his office and they sent Connor that same day for the service. Connor arrived on-time (even earlier than quoted) and was so respectful that even my 92-year-old father commented on his manners. Connor explained his diagnostic process and repair process every step of the way. I appreciated this company's customer service and honesty.
